I took "before" pictures, and weighed myself and took measurements, although I'm not sharing those with you all, sorry I'm not that brave! I will save them for the end of the 30 days for the "before and after" photos. But anyway, today was the first day and it was good! I've done these workouts before, just not for 30 days in a row, but this time is going to be different. IT IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT. Anyway, I'll let you know in 30 days how it went. I reallllly want to lose 10-ish pounds but that might be a bit of a stretch, we'll see. Hopefully by actually blogging about it, and doing it with a bunch of other mama bloggers, I will be extra motivated to not skip workouts!
