My last ten minutes...

...went something like this...

Feed baby.
Baby has wet diaper. Change baby.
Mid-diaper change, baby pees on new diaper.
Get another diaper, baby poos mid diaper change.
Get ANOTHER new diaper, finally baby is clean and dry.
Put new clothes on baby.
Baby spits up ALL over them.
Take off wet clothes.
Put on new dry clothes.
Baby poops AGAIN.
Unsnap clothes to change her silently cursing over and over again.
Get baby all changed, dry, and clean... and she starts straining and turning red, as if preparing to poop again.
Call Mark and tell him he's changing all diapers for the next 12 hours.

Ok, so I have to admit that after reading your first posts which said that everything was going so perfectly, I was kinda feeling like a failure mom! I don't really remember having the same positive attitude that you were indicating. But THIS post is VERY consistent with my first experiences all those years ago! Amazing how many diapers you can use in a day.
