Riley has swimming class on Saturdays, and usually Mark takes her now that Jackson is here, but I went along to take some pictures today. Riley LOVES swimming, and she is crazy in the water!! Flinging herself all around, kicking, splashing, jumping, and having a great time!

Near the end of class the kids put on water wings and walk on this floating platform and jump off the end. Riley LOVES it, and now even keeps the water wings on without a fight!
She can also float all by herself in the pool with those little wings! Such a big girl!
They sing lots of songs and do some games with letters and numbers and colors, Riley loves it.
She was really into doing THIS today. Standing on daddy's chest and then flinging herself back into the water...
On our way to swim class we made a family trip to the toy library, where sadly, we had to return the slide we borrowed a few weeks ago. But look what we came home with instead...
Helllooooooo trampoline! It was a mission getting it home... it didn't fit in the back of our car, and couldn't go in the backseat since it's full of babies and car seats... so Mark managed to get the base of it in, and we drove home in the pouring rain with the trunk open... luckily it was only about 2 miles from our house..
She cracks me up, she hopped on the trampoline at the toy library and yelled "yaaaaay jumping!!! show daddy jumping?" and jumped and jumped and jumped. We also came away with a tea set and a box of toys and accessories for her playdoh. She's one lucky little girl, thank goodness for toy libraries!
We also finally broke out the play gym, which has been... interesting. Riley wants to play with it and take the toys, and lay with Jackson. She wants to show him all the toys and point out all the animals...

Jackson is going to have to learn to deal with total over-stimulation thanks to his sister, but hey, at least he's not lacking in sisterly love, that's for sure.
