My little buggy post-vaccinations. She got 2 shots today, and SCREAMED when she got jabbed, but was actually quite easily comforted once I picked her up. She was a bit crabby in the evening, I think her little leggies were sore at the injection sites, but other than that she's been just fine.
And tonight I had my first "ladies night," out with friends, sans baby. And what party animals we are. We watched Mean Girls, chatted, and played Monopoly. Some people even broke out the wine. And I was home by 10:30. Haha. And baby was fast asleep still.
Oh I forgot to mention... Riley LAUGHED for the first time yesterday!! I was taking a bath with her, and a few minutes after we got in, she was smiling at me, and she broke into this little giggle. It was SO cute. And of course, Mark was SO mad because he wasn't home, and usually he's the one that gives her baths, so he was not happy to have missed it. And he still hasn't seen her roll over yet either. Cheeky little baby saves all the good stuff for her mama!
