For some reason I just assumed the weight would just come off automatically, but clearly that's not the case (duh) and I need to get my butt into gear and do something about it! So today I started my healthy eating as well as my workouts!! I went for a walk because it was sunny outside, and I felt okay, I didn't get tired, but my body is definitely not healed yet! Baby steps...
So, same stats as last week... and I'm guessing then I probably look the same... sigh. I took a "full body" picture, minus my face for future comparison. 6 pounds 'til pre-pregnancy weight, then another 13 for good measure! It's gonna be a long road!
