Now that I have a better idea of what to expect as far as weekly weight loss is concerned, I now can set smaller goals for myself... like, losing one pound per week. I have 5 weeks until we head back to the US, so my goal is to be back to pre-pregnancy weight by then. Wish me luck! And pray for good weather to continue!
And sorry, no pic this week, since I didn't lose any weight and I look the same as last week, in my opinion. And I also blame my lack of weight loss on Mark... he keeps feeding me! (See root beer/coke float below...yum)
